Holiday HVAC Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor:

- The Holiday HVAC Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Doylestown Air.

2. Eligibility:

- Open to legal residents of Bucks County and Eastern Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

- Participants must be 18 years or older and own the home where the HVAC system will be installed.

- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Doylestown Air are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period:

- The giveaway runs from December 16, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter:

- Complete the entry form on the landing page, including your name, contact details, and a brief explanation of why you or your nominee should win.

- Limit one entry per household.

5. Winner Selection:

- The winner will be chosen based on the needs outlined in their submission.

- The winner will be notified on January 2, 2025, and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

6. Prize Details:

- One HVAC system, including installation, valued up to $13,000.

- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

7. Installation:

- The HVAC system will be installed between January 6–10, 2025.

- The winner must provide access to their property for installation.

8. Tax Liability:

- The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and will receive a 1099-MISC form for the prize value.

9. Agreement to Publicity:

- By entering, participants agree that their name, likeness, and story may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions:

- Doylestown Air reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
